AUTOMATIC pH CONTROL

In-house development of pH Transmitters, Digital Fuzzy Logic PID Controllers, Electronic Linear Actuators, Specially developed Lime Control Valve for trouble free operations and a unique Flat Surface, Abrasion Free Self Cleansing pH Electrode which sustains line pressure up to 100 psig @ 100 deg.C and can be directly immersed into juice pipelines, provides an edge over any other pH sensor and control system.

Considering a continuous feedback neutralization system for a strong acid and a strong alkali and the non linear pH characteristics, a powerful PID algorithm was developed for Controller in Fuzzy mode, so that the Lime Dozing should essentially be proportional to the difference between set juice overflow pH and the set shock liming pH.

These systems can be offered into Single, Double and Triple Loop variants.
